I just installed a new PC and bought Windows 8.1 since it's more affordable than the 7 version. I upgraded it to Windows 10. I have two issues: 1. How to rename the user folder? 2. How to completely delete the old Windows installation? Thanks!

I waited for Windows 10 to activate before formatting and reinstalling it again.

It's more complicated than it seems. You need to create an entirely new account. I've looked into this. It means your current username isn't flexible.

I’ve checked all the resources. No prior installs are listed. The error says access is denied. Tried running the command prompt as administrator, but it still fails.

You're right, Disk Cleanup isn't the best option. Have you tried other methods to free up space?

I can only do that now since the previous setup isn't available.
