I'm not sure what you're referring to, and I don't have much knowledge about networking.

Wireless Configuration: Use AC-only channel width, beginning at 40MHz and increasing. Band steering activated. DCS enabled. Authentication set to WPA2 only. Encryption chosen as AES only. ATF toggle available. Enable feature if desired; otherwise proceed with default settings and perform testing.

The adjustments I made caused my 5G connection to disappear, leaving me with only 2G access now.

Once I did that, my phone and laptop lost connection to the 5G network. I had an iPhone XR and a Dell XPS 15 9570.

And the remaining gadgets? Your laptop’s Wi-Fi card likely favors the 2.4GHz band, or it’s too distant for a stable 5GHz connection. Try reattaching them. Updated December 26, 2019 by Shahnewaz

I applied the settings you referenced. 5G connection isn't working on any devices at home. The 5G isn't showing up in the Wi-Fi menu. I'm currently using the 2.4G network.
