I'm not very familiar with tech stuff, and I haven't changed my BIOS much before. Recently I've noticed some memory problems, so I'm thinking about updating my BIOS. My motherboard's support page is here: https://www.gigabyte.com/ph/Motherboard/...rt-dl-bios My current BIOS is version F4, and I want to upgrade it to F25. Should I just download the latest F25 file and install it all at once, or should I go through each version step by step until I reach F25?

According to the BIOS instructions, begin by updating to version F31, followed by the newest release. Place both updates on a USB drive, update F31, restart the system, and then apply the latest update.

You don’t need to update each version one by one. You can update directly to F25 without going through all previous versions.

When the size is below 31, simply change it directly. However, why do this? If you plan to update the BIOS, make sure to use the newest version unless it eliminates support for your CPU, of course.
