You're trying to set up Ubuntu inside VirtualBox and are having trouble with sudo login. It seems you're using the same password for everything, so when prompted for a password, it asks for "jonas." Your friend helped you figure this out, but you're not sure what to type. Just follow the instructions carefully and use the password you normally use for Linux.
