I reset the router around a hundred times. I cleaned my DNS settings, but it didn’t work. Rockstar is assisting, though nothing new has helped so far.

This should be a router configuration setting.

Contacting your internet service provider to update your IP address may help, but it depends on the reason for the change. Altering your IP can affect how websites and services recognize you online, potentially improving privacy or access to restricted content. Changing your IP might also impact login credentials, device settings, or network performance.

Adjust your local machine's DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then verify the changes.

They informed me about it but nothing changed. Recently they reached out explaining what was happening and how to verify my open ports. Rockstar Games Launcher needs these ports: 6672 (UDP), 61455 (UDP), 61457 (UDP), 61456 (UDP), and 61458 (UDP). Restart your network router by unplugging it for about ten minutes, then reconnect and try launching the game. After that, restart the launcher and confirm the problem is fixed. Further troubleshooting: contact your ISP to check for outages or issues, ensure your router’s firmware is current (ask your ISP), and adjust UPnP settings if needed. Temporarily turn off firewalls, antivirus, or network filters that might interfere.

Try accessing the site directly—this will help more than port settings. The launcher might offer a quicker fix, though I'm not sure. Your main goal is getting connected to the website first. If you cleared the DNS cache or restarted your router, reach out to your ISP to confirm they haven't blocked the domain or are experiencing routing issues.

I tried clearing DNS but it didn't work. Now I need to reach out to my internet service provider, as there seems to be no further solution.
