I changed my router firmware regularly using the nighthawk app. After the update, my router’s name switched from Netgear45 to Netgear53. The connection password stopped working because it was set for the old name, not the new one. The bottom panel password also became invalid since it matched the previous network name. I also tried connecting via Ethernet, but the system reported an unassigned IP address. During a two-hour call with Netgear, they only gave me the user manual, which didn’t help solve my problems.
