I recently installed a key logger on my computer and don’t remember the exact file I searched. I found an entry labeled "$$$.deleteme.trustedinstaller.exe" that I couldn’t delete. Check your system with Malwarebytes, consider a fresh Windows install if needed. Are there other antivirus programs you're using?
I feel uncomfortable when others recommend this since it’s simple to resolve on your own. Even without fixing the issue, you can just reinstall Windows. A store will likely charge an exorbitant fee for something you can handle easily.
