Hey Guys.
I recently purchased some new PC components to upgrade my GPU and CPU, along with the power supply. When everything is connected together, it doesn't show properly. The GPU is blinking in white very quickly, but I'm not sure what that means.

Specs:
CPU: i7-9700
MSI: Z370 TOMAHAWK
RAM: Kingston Fury 32GB
GPU: ASUS rog RX 5700XT
PSU: Corsair RM850

I had done it earlier but got nothing, and after adding the GPU it started blinking.

Put the old CPU back in and run a test again. It could be that the CPU isn't functioning properly. Next time, make just one adjustment at a time. Did you ensure all the new power cable from the new PSU was used?

Yes, I used my old setup with an i5 processor and the RM850 chipset. I powered it on using a screwdriver, but there was no display or light coming from the motherboard.
