Hi everyone. I finished my first build at the beginning of COVID and have been facing the same problem since turning it on. The configuration is: motherboard—MSI MPG B550 gaming edge with Wi-Fi, CPU—Ryzen 5 3600, GPU—Rog Strix RTX 2070, RAM—Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 2x 8GB. When I restart the PC, it won’t boot, all lights stay on and the motherboard fans spin up to maximum. It works fine when I power it on normally. Any ideas about what might be causing this? Also, the keyboard keys keep shifting randomly; the only solution is a full restart. Thanks in advance.

Verify your signal cable is connected to the right port on the graphics card. Ensure the screen and cable are functioning properly. Disconnect the power cable and press the power button for one minute. Reinsert the memory. Remove all cables except power and signal. Extract the CMOS battery and reinstall the graphics card. Flash the BIOS. If you reach this stage and nothing works, there’s likely a hardware issue.
