I just received my receiver today and plugged it in. It successfully connects to my controller in Big Picture mode. When launching a game (like Black Ops 2), it picks up the controller properly, but the buttons are distorted. The right bumper and D-pad aren't recognized. I can't navigate the game environment effectively. The controller appears to be functioning correctly, so the issue isn't with the hardware itself. I'm unsure what's causing this problem.
I fixed it myself already; I discovered a preset remapper on the Steam community. Thanks for your effort!
