Need assistance with the Ajazz AJ139 Pro 4K charging problems?
Hi everyone, I’ve been using the Ajazz AJ139 Pro 4K for a few months now, and I’ve encountered a charging issue. No matter how long I keep it plugged in (even while sleeping), it only reaches about 10–20% and then stops. The green charging indicator hasn’t turned on for roughly two months. I’ve tried several things: checked the v1.5 software (couldn’t locate v1.0), searched for the cfg.ini file, reinstalled the configuration, but the problem persists—Model: Ajazz AJ139 Pro 4K Software version v1.5.0.4_2024. Have others experienced this or found a fix? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I can’t return the money since it’s been too long, and I’m not in a position to buy another one because I’m not wealthy enough to waste much on new mice. I’m really tired of this device and hope someone knows what to do. Thanks in advance—I’d really appreciate it and am hoping this person has some insight.
