at the beginning of Saints Row 3 or when Ethan Carter disappears, you notice many red dots appearing, and the audio feels delayed and mechanical.

It doesn't bother me, though it's somewhat bothersome.

It bothers you too, and I’m curious about your monitor. Did you boost any of your system components beyond their limits?

You're working with a BenQ 1080p display, not overclocking any components, and you're running Intel's 4600 graphics. That should provide solid performance for most tasks.

To resolve red artifacts in DX11/10 mode, adjust Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic Filter to "application controlled" via the Nvidia Control Panel. Simply right-click your desktop, open the panel, go to the top left for "Manage 3D settings," then under "Global Settings," ensure AA and AF are set to application controlled. In the "Program Settings Tab," locate Saints Row The Thirds or add its executable (exe) if missing, and again confirm AA and AF are applied. Test the changes. @scobie56

The Intel graphics interface includes a settings area in the lower-right corner, showing details like internet connection status.
