I've faced issues with my 3600 processor. In BIOS it shows 3.8 GHz, but Ryzen Master reports 3.6 GHz. I own 16 GB of DDR4 3000 RAM and have some extra cash. Should I upgrade to an AIO for better overclocking or invest in more RAM to reach 32 GB?

I won't choose the AI option unless you prefer a cooler setup—consider using an air cooler. It depends on how much RAM you require; 16GB usually suffices for most users.
