I see these purple-colored trees and plants. Here are the links you shared. My system specs are an i5 4430 with 3.0Ghz GTX760, 2GB DDR3 RAM at 1333MHz. I've updated my modlist accordingly.

Purple items usually signal low VRAM availability—textures aren’t loading properly. Reduce graphics quality or opt for simpler mod versions.

I resolved the issue by turning on optimized textures in my earlier mod configuration (MO). However, now certain animals like deer, mudcrabs, and some wolves are missing textures. It might be related to the Animallica mod.

Identified the perpetrator – it was a mod named Skyrim Immersive Creatures.
