I encountered an unusual issue where my IT friend provided me with a Windows 10 Enterprise license. It lacks activation options and displays a message requiring network access that I don’t have. After some troubleshooting, I obtained a genuine Windows 10 Home copy but face installation difficulties. EDIT: I resolved the problem by downloading Windows 10 to a USB drive and booting from it. You need to boot from the Windows 10 USB drive, wow the installation process. The Enterprise requires activation on the network server; if you're not connected, it won't work. When you restart, press Shift during the troubleshooting step to access the boot options and choose the USB device.
