Do you recall the video Linus made about the password reset key? It seems your Windows 10 setup might not be compatible. The site no longer offers the newest version, so I’m wondering if anyone can help or guide you to a solution. Thanks!

When linked to an MS account, this approach fails. You must ask for a password reset via secondary email or answer security questions.
