I've worked through yet another challenge with forwarding on an old modem, and in the process, I've accidentally damaged my personal setup. I attempted a factory reset, but all previous settings are lost and the default login—user and password: admin, admin—doesn't function. An odd thing is that the default SSID is labeled "BlazingFast-TIME" instead of the typical Tp-Link name like "TP-Link_XXXXXX". Hopefully, someone can assist in resolving this issue.

When you mention 'modem', I'm referring to a router. That's a curious situation. Your router could have been compromised. Luckily, you can press and hold the reset button on the back to reset everything to defaults, then sign in to make your changes. I recommend you update the admin password to a more secure one and enable WPA2-AES encryption with a robust WiFi password before the router is again at risk.

Have you attempted to reset it multiple times and still achieved the same outcome?

Absolutely, I gave it a shot too—just like the rest of them. Same outcome.
