When using RAM overclocking, particularly DJR (DDR3 Real Time Clock) boosting, aim for the highest possible frequency initially. Reduce clock settings, configure DRAM voltage at 1.5V (or 1.6V with cooling), adjust VCCSA to 1.35V and VCCIO to 1.3V. Keep pushing frequency until you hit Windows limits or benchmarks fail. Once you reach the peak, gradually tighten timings and conduct stress tests. Focus on key parameters like tREFI (set as high as possible), tRRD, tFAW (start at 16), tRCD. After stabilizing primaries, move to turnaround timings—ignore sg/dg, dd, and tWR/tWTR since they’re irrelevant here. Advanced timings such as tWR, tWTR, and tRTP are handled later in the list and shouldn’t be changed.
