KeePass is free to use. Keep a backup copy in any location (I store mine on spare USB drives and cloud services like Dropbox or Google Drive). Remember to retain the master key.

I like this setup, I keep my database in KeePass and back it up on Dropbox. On my mobile devices, I use miniKeePass without any problems.
