Hi, I see you're dealing with an old SSD running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. The system displays previous operating systems, but when you try to boot into any of them it just enters repair mode. I originally planned to delete the files and clean up, but if you can't boot, then... choose either:
1) Format everything thoroughly.
2) Move the SSD/HDD to another computer and delete the other OS partitions in the drive manager section.
