Need assistance with Memory OC?
I have an Asus P8H61-I R2.0 board with Patriot Viper 3 16 GB RAM. I'm just starting out with overclocking and haven't managed to reach more than 1600 MHz without the system freezing after a reset. Any advice or guidance would be really helpful, and let me know if you need more details.
I haven't tried it outside an xmp profile before. From the video you saw, you might want to increase the voltage a bit and adjust the timing first. Stick to the tutorial—it works well enough. You're all set!
