Power on your PC and press Delete or F2 to enter BIOS. Navigate to Advanced, adjust frequency settings, set memory to 2666, save and exit.

There more to it than just that. Might need to adjust voltage and timing to match the specs. Enabling XMP poses no issues in most cases, even more so when the memory is within specs of the memory controller. If I'm following your manually correctly, In the BIOS > M.I.T. > Advanced Frequency Settings > Advanced CPU Core Settings > Extreme Memory Profile (X.M.P.) > Profile1

Check how your RAM performance is tracking. A recent promotional trick showed that 1333 equals 2666 under specific conditions. If your system uses a dual-channel setup, this value might actually represent 2666.
