Need assistance with memory? I'm here to help. What do you need?
Hey there, I hear you. You're using a 9700k on a non-overclockable board and have two different DDR4 sticks—one at 2666 MHz and another at 3200 MHz. The 16GB stick works just fine at stock speed, but when you try XMP at 2666 it doesn’t show. I thought having two speeds would let them run together smoothly, but it seems like XMP might be limiting the higher speed. You’re not facing a huge issue since 32GB at stock is still better than 16GB with a small clock speed difference, but you’re curious if there’s a way to fix this. Let me know what you think!
I'm sorry, but I don't have access to the specific details about the voltages listed on the kits. Could you provide more information or check the documentation?
You can locate the voltage details on their website at page 2666. The information is listed there with specific test results and ratings.
you found the issue... the 3200 MHz unit requires 1.35 V while the 2666 model lists it as 1.2 V... consider adjusting to 1.25 V for the 2666 version.
Thank you for your assistance Omega. I've successfully reached 2666, though the times have risen a bit lately: 18-19-19-44. UPDATE: I've managed to get them to 16-18-18-36. Appreciate the support!
