Sure thing! Here’s a revised version of your message:

Hi everyone, I’m putting together a Maximus Vii Ranger build with a 4790k processor, Corsair Vengeance 16GB RAM at 1600MHz, an NVMe M.2 1TB card, and a GTX 960 4GB model running at 550W. The motherboard is a refurbished unit—replaced the CPU socket because the pins were damaged (my mistake). It was under warranty about 4-5 years ago and has been sitting in the box ever since. Recently, I bought a used 4790k CPU, a brand-new M.2 slot, and a fresh Thermaltake H26 case. I’ve assembled everything and noticed the motherboard lights are on, fans are spinning, and there’s a code 00 displayed on the board along with a red LED on the CPU. Most other LEDs aren’t lit, and it seems like nothing else is working. The RAM, power supply, and graphics card came from a working PC. Is this a dead CPU? Also, I don’t have another 1150 series CPU to test. I’ll take some photos and appreciate any advice you can give. Could it be just dirty CPU terminals?
