It's a bit accurate, but your current memory capacity is 1600 MHz. The dual-channeling reduces the speed, which explains why CPU-Z shows 800 MHz and Task Manager displays double that. I'm actually interested in understanding why this occurs.

The two RAM modules are DDR, which stands for Dual Rank. That means a 800x2 configuration would result in 1600 MHz, but this speed remains the same regardless of combining both sticks.
