I've been using this Acer Aspire V3-772G with a 32GB DDR3 RAM for five years. Recently, I had it serviced and replaced the SSD and thermal paste a few months back. Then one day, when I dropped a mouse onto the keyboard area, I noticed some problems. They usually occur when the laptop is left open and a video is paused. Recently, the screen started appearing white and faded, but it now works properly. I went to a shop for testing—burnintest and dead pixel checks came back normal. However, I can't use the laptop without it plugged in because the battery drains quickly once the power cord is removed. What should I do to fix this?

It’s going to happen eventually, my friend. Either the graphics card is failing or it’s actively shutting down. In the best case, your drivers are messed up, but more likely your laptop has given up on you.
