pc specifications: i5 10600k, rtx 3080, coolermaster 850w, gold, z490 ud, western digital 2tb toshiba ssd (128gb), m.2 ssd, aorus 512gb. these are only one year old. cpu, motherboard, and m.2 ssd are older models; the only upgrade is the power supply unit. the gpu is second-hand. tested at the seller's place during intense gaming sessions. in the store's lab, everything performed well—no crashes under heavy loads, and the technician suggested it might be the psu or possibly "dirty electricity" from my home. after switching to this new setup, kernel power 41 appeared in eventvwr. tried various home and lab tests; all components passed stress tests. attempted disabling XMP but failed. today I visited the lab again—no kernel power 41 during play, but crashes at home showing kernel power 41. please help me out of this situation.

The system stopped unexpectedly. You didn’t press the button, so it’s possible the driver crashed the GPU or another part shut down. The power supply might be the issue to safeguard components, or temperature could play a role. What model is your PSU? What temperatures did you record during gaming?

The issue I'm facing is that I can't even keep playing for seven minutes without it crashing. During those short sessions, the temperature never exceeds 65°C on the PSU. CoolerMaster 850W V850 GOLD - V2 FULL MODULAR

BIOS is completely current? Did you have a different graphics card before the 3080 arrived?
