Your debug card displayed code 80 right after powering it on. The motherboard LEDs lit up with the pattern 01010111, but the monitor didn’t show anything. The manual indicates code 0xE6 means "Started connection drivers." It seems this is related to server initialization. If this is your first power-on or if it stopped working unexpectedly, it might need some time to boot up before the system appears.

I would reset the CMOS according to the manual, turn it on and observe any changes. If that doesn’t help, update the BIOS and re-test. Should still fail, upgrade the BMC and attempt again. If nothing works, reach out to Intel for assistance.
