I'm facing issues with OC on my i5-9600k and ASUS Prime Z390-A. I adjusted the voltage to 1.35v and set the multiplier to 46, but CPU-Z still shows a cap at 3.6 GHz. Could you offer some advice?

Before you began adjusting your CPU's overclock, did it boost to 4.3GHz across all cores when under stress?
If not, confirm you have the most recent BIOS update for your motherboard.
Did you also remember to "Sync all cores" during the multiplier adjustment?

No turbo boost added. Cores are already synced. Just updated BIOS, no changes.

Despite adjusting the multiplier to 46 in BIOS, it remains disabled according to CPU-Z.
