The circle spinning at 1800 RPM likely controls the RPM settings. The red spheres seem meant to trigger the RPM adjustment. The 40 units above the CPU represent its temperature in Celsius.

Thank you for your response. I'm trying to understand what those numbers represent and why there are two figures—one for the current time and another above it.

The monitoring section suggests alarms can be configured with sliders. The recommended range for CPU fan speed is between 1800 and 2500-3000 RPM, while the CPU temperature stays relatively consistent. Initially, I considered adjusting fan speed and temperature directly, but that would involve using the Tuner tab instead.
