I experience frame drops across multiple games like GTA 5, Skyrim SE, Fallout 4, Need for Speed HS 2010, and EDF 4.1. My system specs are: AMD FX 8350 (stock), Master 212X cooler, 16 GB RAM at 1600 MHz, ASUS 970 Pro gaming with Aura AM3+ motherboard, XFX RX 480 with 8GB GDDR6, 480 GB SSD, 500 GB SSD, 3TB HDD, Corsair RM550X 80+ Gold PSU. I don’t know the reason behind these issues.

Consider boosting your CPU's speed. Better memory would assist if the overclocked processor still struggles to keep up.

They're all demanding CPU usage... as mentioned before, a substantial overclock will make a big difference.

It seems the issue is linked to your CPU. Consider upgrading or overclocking it.

The CPU is the main focus. RAM works well, and having a faster RAM doesn’t really change gaming performance when you’re using a dedicated GPU.

The GPU isn<|pad|>, not reaching full capacity and causing frame drops. It might help to check if the OC is functioning properly. Since the FX-8350 is naturally aging, updating drivers could be a good first step. If this issue is new, begin with the latest driver updates.
