Been working non-stop for a few days with no progress... Probably a corrupted driver or app was causing the problem. Surprisingly, I haven’t updated drivers from: ASUS MBO, NVIDIA, Samsung NVME. Just used a bare Windows install and kept it updated. Also skipped some older apps like Acrobat 2017 and Synology drive that I thought might cause trouble. Need to re-add the Synology drive, maybe that’s the root issue...
