Seeking advice on equipment for Rouge as I’m unsure which stats matter most and what everyone is doing. Anyone around level 74 interested?

I can assist with that precisely. My character is a level 100 rogue specializing in twisting blades, having completed a solo 79 nightmare, played Lillith 5 times on ultra, and tackled tough content like T2 capstone dungeons and world bosses. The focus is mainly on poison imbuement, twisted blades, and the poison pool mechanics. The rest are just extras to unlock advanced content once you reach level 100. You can stick with the same setup for other challenges, using shadow imbuement for broader AoE effects—though twisting blades alone offers powerful clearing. My Lillith build remains consistent across all content, so I don’t switch strategies. I only changed to twisting blades after level 100 when aiming for ultra, after trying many options and finding the damage curve superior.

I’m working through a series of challenging mechanics—twisting blades, puncture, poison traps, dash, and shadow steps. I’ve copied the build for points off max roll and similar for Paragon, but I’m unsure about the required gear stats. If you share photos later, I can suggest upgrades and give a stat-wise guide. Right now I feel fairly tanky and think I can clear nightmares by level 28, but I need clearer guidance on what to upgrade.

The poison pool aspect refers to the area or feature in a game where players collect or manage toxic substances.

Gear involves a lot of layers. At its core are roughly ten bonuses boosting raw damage and health, mainly from your legs and chest. You can achieve leg/chest stats with four separate buffs—close, distant, poisoned, and raw. Helmets should focus on imbue, attack speed, cooldown, plus a flex I like to maximize energy. For the necklace, consider imbue, cooldown, resource cost, and a flex.

In reality, it doesn’t matter much until you land an ultra strong hit. Recommendations here come from benchmarking against Uber Lillith, especially for rogue playstyles. She demands high poison dot damage, quick kills while staggering, and you can’t rely on immunity. Most attacks are one-shot, so you’ll need to skip phases or mechanics that cause stamina loss—especially during her second phase in Mephisto form.

Other content, even boss fights, become manageable at this stage. The key is the lucky strike that drops a poison pool for three seconds, resetting your imbuement and giving infinite charges while standing. You’ll need to spam blade attacks when it’s active. This approach shapes the current meta for rogue on Lillith.

Personally, I haven’t nailed the attack speed dagger yet—it’s crucial for the meta—but I had to experiment. I’ve managed +50 uniques so far and used a slower but powerful Condemnation build. Others might have tried similar paths, though it’s rare. The main takeaway is leveraging different weapon aspects, which shifts the balance slightly without being a complete overhaul.
