I own an I7 13700KF with high temperatures during idle (85-95°C) even when not in use. I've already pasted and re-downloaded drivers, and now I'm using a fresh Windows installation. My setup includes a contact frame and a custom loop with dual radiators for the CPU; the GPU is on the stock air cooler. I'm puzzled as it worked before. Any advice would be appreciated.

Missed noting Corsair 4000d running at full capacity with maximum fans, plus Corsair 1200-watt PSU.

Assume the pump isn't functioning well if it reacted so suddenly, as seen in water cooling setups.

The situation is clear—everything looks okay otherwise. The problem seems to be with the water line, possibly due to the gunk you noticed. To remove the post, check the platform’s guidelines or contact support for assistance.

Is there any unwanted residue in your process?

The issue is quite severe, completely blocking airflow through the radiator. It's impressive how it still functions despite this.
