When I power on my PC, it stutters, but games run smoothly afterward. CPU speeds show a locked number of 2.99. It’s a bit confusing what else is happening. If you can help, I’d like to share my screen on Discord. I tried resetting the RAM and cleaning the CPU pins, but I’m not sure what else to do. Maybe I bought a fake CPU from Amazon?
