I'm attempting to integrate my Windows 10 setup into a VM using virt-manager with QEMU/KVM. Despite adjusting the configurations, I'm still encountering the same issue where the VM displays 2184×1381 resolution. The QEMU/KVM setup from the provided link seems to work for booting drives, but I'm struggling to pass through just one drive effectively. My aim is to use that single drive for GPU access and gaming, but it doesn't function optimally. The BIOS supports VT-d and the boot process from GRUB is working correctly.

Reinstall the system after switching the passthrough mode.
