I aim to boost my CPU performance (since it often limits gaming). Right now, when I play Genshin, the CPU stays high while the GPU works a bit slower. I need to adjust the clock speed and voltage so the CPU drops to 50-60% and stays stable. My GPU temperature should stay around 40°C while gaming. If you're reading this, thanks!

The game language tends to rely more on CPU than GPU, which can create a bottleneck.

CPU is an AMD athlon II X4 641, GPU is Gigabyte GT730 rev. 2.0, motherboard is Asrock A55M-HVS, RAM is 8 GB (Black Berry and Transcend, both 1333), hard drive includes Hatachi 500GB and WD blue (2.5 or 3.5 IDK), storage capacity is 750 GB, power supply is Prescott ready P4-ATXW (note the wattage was misremembered), and I will adjust it later.

You won't be able to boost the processor speed beyond its built-in limits. Overclocking isn't possible on your current motherboard.

Sure, I can assist with RAM problems. On Windows it shows 553 MHz, and you mentioned possibly modifying the registry.
