I bought an used pc that was overclocked. It runs incredibly well for the price i payed, except for the constant BSOD.
GPU : Rx580 OC 1505 core clock, 1950 memory clock with afterburner
Cpu: i5 2500k OC 4.6ghz
Ram: ddr3 corsair dominator gt (1333 2x4gb i think)
MOBO: asus p8p67 pro
Windows 7 pro 64
The errros are always related to
ntoskrnl.exe
and
hal.dll
I ran diagnosis test on HDD, SSD, CPU with the diagnosis programs by each of the brands, they all passed.
While playing, both cpu and gpu temperatures NEVER go above 60º Celsius, rarely go above 55º

I believe the CPU isn't stable at that voltage. You're currently running it at 4.6, but your estimate suggests instability. You mentioned downclocking to 4.5 and observed the issue persists. It seems you've been using 2600k with 1.332v for about a year before problems started. You might want to add more Vcore to stabilize it again. Also, check if the PC is formatted properly—sometimes malware causes hal.dll issues leading to BSOD.
