This configuration should work well for running B03 at high settings and achieving over 60 FPS.
Even though it might work, and I'm not claiming otherwise, BO3 tends to be quite unstable for some users. I'd hold off a bit before installing it.
It should work fine. I can maintain around 80 frames per second at 1080p with a 120 field of view on a 4690k graphics card running at 4.2ghz and a GTX780, keeping CPU load near 50%. You shouldn't run into problems unless random issues persist, as some users still face memory or CPU concerns while others are unaffected. Recent updates may have resolved those problems.
Only these two titles fulfilled the same role or style.
