I purchased a PC from a friend and took the GPU, while my other friend kept it without the GPU. The person who sold me the PC claimed he upgraded to Windows 11, which caused issues with my friend's game due to TPM2.0 conflicts. The BIOS on the B450 Elite motherboard didn’t support enabling it, so he modified the BIOS and set it up, but it kept looping. I’ve tried different CPUs without success. I attempted to reprogram the chip, realizing it only works at 3.3 volts, which is below the 1.8-2 volts rating. I thought replacing the chip would fix it, but I’m considering buying a new one on eBay. Thanks!

Sure, I’ve handled everything I could. It just kept repeating the debug LEDs—starting with a crash, moving through the CPU, and then restarting again.
