Hi everyone, I'm dealing with a problem where my headphones intermittently disconnect during use. It affects gaming, calls, and YouTube playback, causing brief audio drops before resuming. To understand the cause, I set up my PC and work machine on a monitor connected via KVM and USB hub. My mouse, keyboard, and microphone are in the hub, while my headphones remain plugged directly into the PC. I tried swapping all peripherals to my laptop to test if the issue was specific to the original setup. Since both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stopped working after building the system, it seems like a potential motherboard port problem might be involved. I'm looking for advice on how to identify the exact source of the issue.

Have you checked for driver installation? It might be useful to confirm you have the most recent audio drivers as well.

I'm currently proceeding with this task, fetching the audio drivers from my motherboard's support site.

Check if they use USB or 3.5mm connections. Test by moving the cable and connector around with audio playback on another device to see if issues persist.

Hey, I ran some tests on another laptop but haven’t got the full picture yet, so I’ll need to do a bit more thorough testing to confirm

I connected to a different setup and didn’t notice the same problem. It looks like the issue might be with my PC rather than the headset, C
