The seller is indicating the system has completed its boot sequence with 7 beeps. This usually means the motherboard has successfully powered on and initialized. If you want to ensure everything works properly, you can try resetting the BIOS or checking connections.

You might think about purchasing a nonworking motherboard because you lack the skills to interpret error codes on your own.

They offer many motherboards, but ASRock stands out as one of the least reliable makers, showing huge differences between models. If it makes a beeping sound during startup and fails to boot, skip it—don’t invest in it except as a decorative piece.

If it seems overly perfect for your board, it’s likely faulty.

It makes seven beeps then stops working—probably faulty. Find another device.

He tried it without a CPU, honestly, I’m not a pro in PCs, and I don’t have much money. I’m building it myself, step by step.

lol what Per what @CommanderAlex helpfully dug up: long story short: the seller tested the motherboard with no CPU , and got a CPU error , wonderful. But please, don't buy products from sellers that don't properly test their products before selling. The only proper motherboard to buy is one that can most definitely fully boot up, with a CPU installed.

The seller seems uncertain or concealing something, which raises several red flags. It looks like this might not be a good move. I’d avoid it completely. Even with limited funds, patience is key—wait for the right opportunity. You’ll eventually get a functional board.
