Hi everyone, I’m looking for assistance with updating my AMD driver. The Catalyst 15.7 driver is available at the provided link, and it confirms compatibility with my graphics card (7870). However, when I install it and check the software, it displays version 14.4 instead of 15.7. Since I’m using Windows 8, not 8.1, I’m wondering if that’s a problem. Could someone guide me through the update process? Thanks!

Is the system automatically detecting the format? If yes, it should be downloaded manually.

I was concerned about that. Could the Windows 7 drivers be compatible?

You possess an OEM product key, yet the Windows installer refuses to proceed with updates.

Check if an update is available via the window update or consider downloading the ISO for a fresh installation.

Open the Windows Store, the update will likely be available for download. Make sure your system meets the requirements—specifically, an 8.1 operating system is needed to upgrade to Windows 10.

You're trying a fresh setup but facing issues with your SSD not installing properly. The error mentions missing files, so you've already moved the installation to a different drive. You're now cloning the OS to the SSD, which is causing delays.
