I just completed my PC build and noticed many games are running poorly. I have a 6700xt and a 5600x. Fortnite, especially at low settings, gives me high FPS around 144, but sometimes drops to single digits. Minecraft is consistently under 100fps. I’m not sure which benchmark to try, but if you want, I can share the results here so you can check.

Based on this, it seems you should keep the current setup since the performance isn't meeting expectations. Reinstalling Windows and drivers might not be necessary unless other issues arise.
