Yesterday I bought a used GPU and installed it on my PC. After booting up, the system showed an error saying "CPU fan not detected." I went to BIOS, made only a few changes like adjusting the DRAM speed from auto to 3200MHz, then clicked Exit save and rebooted. Waiting a couple of minutes didn’t fix it—PC didn’t restart. I tried manually rebooting by pressing the power button, but nothing happened. I also turned off the PSU and unplugged it for about 30 seconds, but the issue persisted. The power button remained inactive. I attempted to reset the CMOS by pressing the button and removing the battery from the motherboard (Asus ROG MAXIMUS HERO XI Z390). If you could assist me with this problem, it would be really helpful. Thank you and have a great day.

Hi, I just attempted the same issue again. The power button still doesn't respond. I even tried touching it with a screwdriver, but it didn't work either.
