Looking for suggestions on what to purchase. There are currently 11 Ethernet ports available, with 3 designated for wireless APs in the ceiling. The ISP will supply the modem. The ceiling APs should use PoE since there are no direct power connections. Thank you for your assistance.

Looking for suggestions here. The space is 3500 sqft with an open layout. You're unsure about your exact needs. Internet speed from the ISP is just 300 Mbps. You need Wi-Fi for phones, tablets, and a few smart devices, plus a wired connection for the TV and office. A printer, Arlo cameras, and a thermostat are already planned. It should be around 500 dollars or less.
Wall construction consists of interior sheetsrock and exterior blocks. No existing hardware found. Project is one month away from finishing.
You might install one UNIFI Access Point in the middle of the home. For the router, any device would work fine.
