I've faced challenges with window installations before, and it's been a tough process.
Create an empty space of over 8GB on your existing hard drive, then format it as needed. Convert that partition into the Windows Boot Tool using typical online methods. Start your session from that new partition instead of the other side of the drive. It may sound complicated, but it should be possible.
