Intel CPUs usually run at around 100 MHz, but your CPU is set to 125 MHz. This could cause confusion in Windows 10 since the system might not display the correct speed. Verify using CPU-Z after loading the processor.

Your CPU activity appears minimal, which could mean it's slowing down to conserve energy.

ThrottleStop maintains a consistent 26.00 across all FID values during the test. 26.00 multiplied by 124.946 MHz equals 3248 MHz. To boost performance, consider increasing your CPU speed while it's active.

Could you clarify what you're referring to? I need more details to assess whether it's accurate information from Windows.

It seems the setup isn't quite right. I'll verify with CPU-Z. Windows thinks BCLK is 100 MHz, but it should be 125 MHz. You should adjust the turbo ratios to 27. At 27 x 125 MHz you'd reach about 3375 MHz, which is close to the rated 3400 MHz when all cores are running.

From what I can see in CPU-Z, the calculations match. Thank you so much for your assistance. I own this PC for the last four years, but recently I wanted to explore it more closely and understand its configuration. So far, I haven’t altered anything in the BIOS concerning the CPU, though since it’s a pre-built machine, perhaps the seller made some changes. I’m not sure, but your advice was really helpful.
