Your processor appears to be misconfigured or misinterpreted by the system. The BIOS or settings might display incorrect clock values, while the actual performance remains at 2.60 GHz. Check the CPU settings directly in BIOS to confirm the correct frequency. If the issue persists, consider updating drivers or reinstalling the OS.

Your processor isn't operating at its intended pace. It could be due to BIOS or Windows misconfiguration. To diagnose, use ThrottleStop to assess your CPU setup and identify necessary adjustments. Share a screenshot of the main window and any other applications you're using for better troubleshooting. The TPL window will display power restrictions.

Are you aware of the temperatures while gaming? For CP2077, thermal throttling could occur. Note: this doesn't affect the base speed display.

Do you have any other particular display you require me to forward? I can also share your specifications if that would help.

Gather detailed data on the TPL window, FIVR window, and Limits window during CPU loading. Utilize the TS Bench test to assess CPU performance. Both full and partial loads are acceptable.

From what I recall, my highest readings are near 65 to 70 degrees Celsius, and I've been checking them more often recently.
