I changed to the capellix 360 Room temps because it’s cooling down, maybe around 25°C or less since it’s raining.

Consider lowering memory speed to 3800 while keeping voltage, and test stability. Maintain the 1:1 connection for now. Another option is to run at a 1:2 ratio with unchanged speed, reducing frequency by half. This isn't ideal but aids in assessing memory consistency. Mostly just a guess, since we don’t have clear diagnostic tools.

It’s not worth it unless your RAM hits a minimum of 4200. You need to restore your IF after unlinking it.

Memory 1:1 refers to halving the frequency. At 4000MHz, reducing it to 2000MHz would be a division by two. If it drops to 3800MHz, it becomes 1900MHz.
